This is a VW Bug awaiting engine repairs at the local VW specialist - seen today at Hans VW Repair at 35th Ave SW and SW Graham Street
My guess is that it is used in parades or ???

I am not sure where this phone car is, but I helped build one like this 20 years ago for Telecom Australia. It was VW stickshift auto beetle based and the buttons on the front worked. You could dial anywhere in the world with it. the thing was orange. I still have a picture of it somewhere.
