Last chance for the homebuyer tax credit

To take advantage of the $8,000 tax credit for new buyers, and the $6,500 tax credit for move up buyers, you MUST be under contract to purchase no later than April 30, 2010. So you have only two weeks to find a home and get under contract.

You have until July 1st to close.
