I have been employed in real estate or related industries since 1990. I've worked in multifamily, retail, and commercial property management, produced marketing for mortgage brokers, participated in residential real estate sales transactions, and have worked for related service companies serving professionals in those areas. I am an independent housing consultant for Lane And Associates, Inc., a boutique agency that manages relocation and right-of-way transactions for several government entities and the Port of Seattle. As a licensed Washington State real estate salesperson, and a BUILT GREEN Program Member, I like to focus on green living - and how we can live well and also live with ourselves from a sustainable Earth perspective. I love learning new things, and sharing those things with others. Some days, tho, I think the best part of my work is when I take my Italian greyhound, Sophia, with me and we go for pleasant walks in our surrounding green spaces after lunch.
